Jasmine The Dog Trainer provides professional dog training services, including but not limited to:

• Private training sessions
• Online training programs
• Board & Train programs
• Day training
• Puppy training
• Behavioral modification training
• Dog care products
• Educational content and consultations

All services are subject to trainer availability and approval.

By using our services, you agree that:

• Your dog is current on all required vaccinations.
• You will disclose any history of aggression, biting, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns before training begins.
• You are legally responsible for your dog at all times.
• You will follow trainer instructions and recommendations consistently.
• Results may vary depending on owner participation, consistency, and the dog’s temperament.

Failure to disclose behavioral history may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• Full payment or required deposits must be made before services begin.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits for Board & Train or reserved sessions may be non-refundable.
• Missed payment schedules may result in cancellation of services.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved methods.

• Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited session fees.
• Board & Train reservations may require advance notice for cancellation to qualify for partial refunds.

Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Dog training results are not guaranteed. Every dog responds differently based on factors including:

• Age
• Breed
• Health
• Temperament
• Environment
• Consistency of reinforcement

Jasmine The Dog Trainer makes no guarantees regarding specific behavioral outcomes.

You understand that working with animals carries inherent risks. By participating in training services, you voluntarily assume all risks related to:

• Dog bites
• Scratches
• Property damage
• Injury to persons or animals

You agree to release and hold harmless Jasmine The Dog Trainer, its owners, trainers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in services.

If a medical emergency occurs while your dog is in our care and you cannot be reached, you authorize us to seek veterinary treatment as necessary.

You agree to be financially responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred.

For dogs enrolled in Board & Train programs:

• Dogs must be healthy and free of contagious illnesses.
• Owners must provide accurate feeding and medication instructions.
• Personal belongings left with dogs are the owner’s responsibility.
• Training updates may be provided through photos, videos, or social media posts.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog poses a safety risk beyond manageable limits.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, videos, and training materials are the intellectual property of Jasmine The Dog Trainer.

Products sold through the website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Refuse orders
• Correct pricing errors
• Discontinue products at any time

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Training sessions already completed are non-refundable.
• Digital products and online courses are non-refundable.
• Board & Train deposits may be non-refundable.
• Approved refunds may take several business days to process.

By participating in services, you grant permission for photos/videos of your dog to be used for:

• Social media
• Marketing
• Website content
• Educational materials

If you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided before services begin.

Any information submitted through the website or during service booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasmine The Dog Trainer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or the website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state/province in which the business operates.
